Sahnoune has more than 10 years experience in telecommunications and building design. Prior to joining Salient Associates in 2010, Sahnoune worked as a structural engineer for various Architectural and Engineering firms within the Greater Boston area, providing A/E Design services for several architectural building projects and analysis and design of numerous telecommunications sites for various carriers.

Sahnoune received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from University of Science & Technology in Algiers, Algeria and his Master of Science in Structural Engineering from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Sahnoune is a professional member of the American Institute of Steel Construction (AISC) and the International Code Council (ICC). He is certified by the International Code Council to act as a Structural Steel and Bolting Special Inspector and also holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor License.
